Safety Guidelines
Your safety is our highest priority. Please read these guidelines before playing at The Play Matrix.
Play Matrix has trained staff and first aid facilities on-site at all times. If you have any concerns about safety, please speak to any member of staff immediately. Do not play through pain or injury.

Before You Play
Always warm up for at least 5–10 minutes before starting any sport
Wear appropriate sportswear and non-slip, sport-specific footwear
Use rubber-soled or turf shoes on artificial turf — studded boots are not permitted
Remove jewelry, watches and sharp accessories before playing
Inform staff if you have any pre-existing medical conditions
Consult a doctor before playing if you have heart conditions, joint injuries or recent surgeries

During Play
Play within the designated area markings at all times
Avoid dangerous tackles, slides, or any play likely to injure other players
Stay hydrated — drink water regularly, especially during evening play
If you feel unwell (chest pain, dizziness, breathlessness), stop immediately and alert staff
In box cricket and nets: always wear a helmet when batting
Respect the referee/umpire decisions in tournament play

Facility Rules
Do not bring outside food or alcohol into the playing areas
Dispose of waste in designated bins
Do not climb on nets, goalposts or boundary structures
Report any damaged equipment or hazardous conditions to staff immediately
Children under 8 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times
No smoking anywhere on the premises

Emergency Procedures
First aid kit is available at the reception counter
In case of serious injury, call emergency services (112) and then inform our staff at +91 91871 34569
Do not move a player who has fallen and cannot move on their own — wait for trained staff
The facility has fire extinguishers located at marked positions throughout
Assembly point in case of evacuation is at the main entrance on 18th Main Road
