1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Play Matrix facility or website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when you receive explicit confirmation from our team via phone or WhatsApp. Walk-ins are welcome but are subject to court/pitch availability.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled booking time via phone or WhatsApp. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the booking may forfeit the advance payment. We reserve the right to reschedule bookings in exceptional circumstances.
4. Code of Conduct
All players and visitors must behave respectfully towards other players, staff, and the facility. Abusive, threatening, or dangerous behaviour will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
5. Safety
All players participate at their own risk. We strongly recommend appropriate warm-up before play. Players with pre-existing medical conditions should consult a doctor before participating. Play Matrix maintains first aid facilities on-site.
6. Equipment
Players must wear appropriate sportswear and non-slip footwear. Studded boots are not permitted on artificial turf; rubber-soled or turf shoes are recommended. Damage to equipment or facility caused by negligence or misconduct will be charged to the responsible party.
7. Liability
Play Matrix is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in sports activities. Players participate voluntarily and assume all risks associated with sports activities.
8. Photography and Media
Play Matrix may photograph or record activities at the facility for promotional use. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
